Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on weekdays or on weekends/holidays may ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Free Standard shipping applies to all U.S. orders. Express and Insured shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or by clicking the link in your confirmation email.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods like holidays. We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order leaves our facility.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days at support@eunivia.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve it quickly.
Order Changes & Cancellations
